Under the “Interested In” section, choose the appropriate option—Products and/or Services—depending on what you intend to showcase.
Step 4: Select Business Sub-Type
Choose one or more applicable sub-types that best describe your business role:
• Manufacturer
• Service Provider
• Stockist
• Agent

Step 5: Enter Company Name
Input your Company Name exactly as it appears on your billing and legal documents.
Step 6: Upload GST Certificate
Upload a valid copy of your GST Certificate for verification and compliance purposes or send us via email on info@petrotexpulse.com.
Step 7: Select Products to Showcase
From the provided list, select the product(s) whose prices you wish to display.

Step 8: Select Target Market(s)
Choose the market(s) where you want your pricing information to be visible.
(Multiple selections allowed)
Step 9: Choose Subscription Plan
Select either a Monthly or Yearly subscription model.
Then, specify the desired number of months or years, accordingly.
Please note that if the yearly subscription option is selected, it will apply for a duration of one year only.
Step 10: Review Final Amount
The system will automatically calculate and display the total amount payable, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
As part of our website’s introductory launch phase, customers will be eligible for discounts of up to 75% on the listed pricing.
Step 11: Submit Request
Click on “Send Request” to submit your Price Spot application.
Your request will be forwarded to the PetroTex Pulse team for review and approval.

Post-Submission
Once your request has been successfully submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment notification from PetroTex Pulse confirming receipt of your application. The platform’s team will then review the submitted details, including the selected products, markets, and subscription preferences, to ensure compliance and completeness.
Upon approval of the request:
• A Proforma Invoice will be issued to the registered customer’s email address, detailing the selected options and total payable amount inclusive of applicable taxes.
• The Proforma Invoice will serve as the basis for initiating payment. Timely settlement of this invoice is essential to activate the Price Spot listing.
• Once payment is confirmed, your selected product pricing will be published and made visible on the platform according to the specified market preferences.
• A confirmation email outlining your subscription validity will be sent upon activation, followed by the official Tax Invoice for your records.
To ensure clear visibility of pricing details and a smoother navigation experience, it is highly recommended to use the desktop version of the website for booking price spot(s) instead of through the application.
