The undersigned is directed to refer to your office letter under F. No. 8/4/2020-DGTR dated 23rd October, 2020 and the subject Final Findings issued by the Directorate General of Trade Remedies under F. No. 6/41/2019-DGTR dated 30th December 2020 in the subject anti-dumping investigation, and to inform that the Central Government has decided not to impose the anti-dumping duty on "Viscose Spun Yarn" originating in or exported from China PR, Indonesia and Vietnam, proposed in the said Final Findings.
