The purpose of this Notification is to ensure that domestic producers of Coppers Textiles Inc., Karan Textile Industry Inc., Kıvanç Textile Ind. Inc., Kipaş Textile Enterprises Inc., Merinos Carpet Ind. and Trade Inc., Oguz Textile Industry Inc. and Sireci Textile Industry and Trade Inc. and Adana Textile Industry Trade Inc., Balsuyu Textile Industry Inc., Bossa Tic. Enterprises Turk A.S., MEM Textile Ind. Inc. and Zeki Textile Industry Inc.,  People's Republic of China, Republic of Indonesia, India Republic of Malaysia, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Kingdom of Thailand and Originating in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 55.08, 55.09 (5509.52, 5509.61, 5509.91 excluding tariff positions), 55.10 (5510.20 tariff positions position) and under customs tariff headings 55.11 classified as "Yarns from Synthetic or Artificial Continuous Fibers (Cut Fiber Yarn)" the opening of a final review investigation in relation to the prevention, and It is the determination of the procedures and principles of the investigation.
