The Authority recommends modification of the quantum of duty imposed on imports of the subject goods originating or exported from China PR vide Final Findings Notification No. 6/24/2019-DGTR dated 28th December 2020 and Notification No. 18/2021 - Customs (ADD) dated 27th March, 2021. Such duties shall continue for a period of five years from the date of issuance of Notification No. 18/2021 - Custom (ADD) dated 27th March 2021.
