Polyvinyl Chloride - Anti dumping investigation on the United States of America and the Federal Republic of Germany

The purpose of this Notification is to put into effect the decision taken as a result of the completion of the final review investigation initiated by the General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Trade regarding the import of “Only Suspension Type Polyvinyl Chloride” under the customs tariff statistical position 3904.10.00.00.19 originating from the United States of America and the Federal Republic of Germany, pursuant to the Notification on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports (Notification No: 2020/11) published in the Official Gazette dated 24/6/2020 and numbered 31165.
