Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Film - Anti dumping Investigation on India

The purpose of this Notification is to put into effect the decision taken as a result of the completion of the final review investigation initiated by the General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Trade regarding the "Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Film" product registered under the customs tariff statistical positions 3920.62.19.00.00, 3920.69.00.00.00 and 3921.90.10.00.00 of Indian origin, pursuant to the Notification on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports (Notification No: 2020/21) published in the Official Gazette dated 12/9/2020 and numbered 31242.
