CIRCULAR No. 23, OF MAY 29, 2024  - DOU of June 3, 2024 -  Initiates a review of the antidumping duty established by GECEX Resolution No. 399, of September 16, 2022, published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) of September 19, 2022, applied to Brazilian imports of polyvinyl chloride resin obtained by suspension (PVC-S), commonly classified in subitem 3904.10.10 of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR - NCM, originating in the United States of America, object of SEI Proceedings No. 19972.102841/2023-96 and 19972.000229/2024-61 (restricted) and 19972.102840/2023-41 and 19972.000228/2024-16 (confidential) .

CIRCULAR NO. 60, OF NOVEMBER 7, 2024  - DOU of 11/08/2024 - Makes public the deadlines that will serve as a parameter for the remainder of the review of polyvinyl chloride resin obtained by suspension (PVC-S), commonly classified in subitem 3904.10.10 of the Common Nomenclature of Mercosur - NCM, originating in the United States of America, initiated by Circular SECEX No. 23, of May 29, 2024. Extends by up to two months, starting on April 1, 2025, the deadline for completing the review, initiated by Circular SECEX No. 23, of May 29, 2024, published in the Official Gazette of the Union - DOU of June 3, 2024, under the terms of arts. 5 and 105 of Decree No. 8,058 of July 26, 2013. In accordance with the contents of § 2 of art. 105 of Decree No. 8,058 of 2013, the antidumping measures referred to in GECEX Resolution No. 399 of 2022 will remain in force during this review.
