CIRCULAR NO. 63, OF NOVEMBER 13, 2024  - DOU of 11/14/2024 - Initiates an investigation to determine the existence of dumping in exports from the USA and Canada to Brazil of polyethylene resins, classified under subitems 3901.10.30, 3901.20.29 and 3901.40.00 of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR - NCM, and damage to the domestic industry resulting from such practice, subject of SEI Proceedings No. 19972.001671/2024-12 restricted and 19972.001670/2024-60 confidential.
