Polyester Fully Drawn Yarn - Anti dumping investigation on Republic of Korea and Socialist Republic of Vietnam

The purpose of this Notification is to put into effect the decision taken as a result of the completion of the anti-dumping investigation initiated by the General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Trade regarding the product "Others, Made of Polyesters" in the customs tariff position 5402.47 originating from the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, pursuant to the Notification on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports (Notification No: 2021/28) published in the Official Gazette dated 2/6/2021 and numbered 31499.
