Yarn of Man Made or Synthetic or Artificial Staple Fibers - Anti Dumping investigation on the Republic of Indonesia

The purpose of this Notification is to put into effect the decision taken as a result of the completion of the dumping investigation initiated by the General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey regarding the import of “Yarns Made of Synthetic or Artificial Staple Fibers (Staple Fiber Yarn)”classified under customs tariff positions 55.08, 55.09 (excluding customs tariff subheadings 5509.52, 5509.61, 5509.91), 55.10 (excluding customs tariff subheading 5510.20) and 55.11 from the companies PT Elegant Textile Industry and PT Sunrise Bumi Textiles, resident in the Republic of Indonesia, pursuant to the Notification on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports (Notification No: 2019/21) published in the Official Gazette dated 6/7/2019 and numbered 30823.
