The purpose of this Notification is to put into effect the decision taken as a result of the completion of the final review investigation initiated by the General Directorate of Import of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey regarding the product “Yarns of Synthetic or Artificial Staple Fibers (Staple Fiber Yarn)”registered under customs tariff positions 55.08, 55.09 (excluding customs tariff subheadings 5509.52, 5509.61, 5509.91), 55.10 (excluding customs tariff subheading 5510.20) and 55.11 originating from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Indonesia, the Republic of India, Malaysia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Kingdom of Thailand and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
