Polyester Textured Yarn - Anti Dumping Investigation on Republic of India and Chinese Taiwan

The purpose of this Notification is to put into effect the decision taken as a result of the completion of the final review investigation initiated by the General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Commerce regarding the import of the product “Textured Yarns of Polyesters” classified under customs tariff position 5402.33 originating from the Republic of India and Chinese Taiwan, pursuant to the Notification on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports (Notification No: 2023/25) published in the Official Gazette dated 5/9/2023 and numbered 32300.
