Polyester Fully Drawn Yarn - Anti dumping investigation on People's Republic of China, Republic of India and Malaysia

The purpose of this Notification is to ensure that 4/8/2019 Unfair in Imports published in the Official Gazette dated and numbered 30852 With the Notification on the Prevention of Competition (Notification No: 2019/23), the Chinese People's 5402.47 customs tariff originating in the Republic of India, Republic of India and Malaysia for the product "Others, from Polyesters" initiated and by the General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey. As a result of the completion of the final review investigation carried out It is the implementation of the decision taken.
