Polyester Fiber - Anti Dumping Investigation on People's Republic of China, the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of Korea

The purpose of this Notification is to put into effect the decision taken as a result of the completion of the final review investigation initiated by the General Directorate of Imports of the Ministry of Trade regarding the import of “Polyesters” (Polyester Fiber) products originating from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of Korea, pursuant to the Notification on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports (Notification No: 2023/15) published in the Official Gazette dated 14/4/2023 and numbered 32163.
