CIRCULAR NO. 79, OF DECEMBER 26, 2024  - DOU of 12/27/2024 - Initiates an investigation to verify the existence of dumping in exports from China to Brazil of textured polyester filaments (polyester yarns), classified under subitems 5402.33.10, 5402.33.20 and 5402.33.90 of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR - NCM, and damage to the domestic industry resulting from such practice, object of SEI Proceedings No. 19972.001693/2024-74 restricted and No. 19972.001692/2024-20 confidential.
