High Tenacity Polyester Yarn - Sunset Review of Anti Dumping Duties Levied on China PR

The Authority vide F. No. 6/12/2017 dated 15th June 2017 to examine the nature and extent of dumping and its injurious effect on the domestic industry with respect to the product under consideration originating in or exported from the subject country. The Authority vide its Final Findings Notification No.6/12/2017- DGAD dated 24th May 2018 recommended imposition of definitive anti-dumping duties on the imports of the subject goods from the subject country, which was given effect vide Customs Notification No. 35/2018 Customs (ADD) dated 9th July 2018. The said duties were levied for a period of five years and are set to expire on 8th July 2023.
